| | Directions | | Microwave potatoes or boil til done. Mix together mayonnaise, mustard, & sugar. Sauté onion in skillet. Cube potatoes. Place potatoes, onion, and dressing mixture, in bottom of casserole type dish. Repeat this layer until all ingredients are used. Top with Bacon Bits (if desired) and bake at 350° til bubbly |
