| | Directions | | Fry bacon until crisp; crumble into small pieces. Combine with potato and beaten eggs. Add dry ingredients into potato mixture. Blend well. Heat oil/fat to 385 in a deep pan (you need about 2 inches of oil/fat). Drop potato mixture by tablespoon into hot oil. Fry 3 to 5 minutes or until brown. Excellent with roast beef. |
