In 3 qt. casserole, layer 1/2 sauerkraut, ground beef, rice, remaining sauerkraut, soup, water, and seasoning.
Cover and bake at 350° 1 1/4 hours.
1 can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained (32 ounce can)
1 pound ground beef, browned
1/2 cup minute rice
1 can tomato soup or sauce
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
pepper to taste
