| Directions | Google "chayotes" to find out what they are. Preheat grill to medium-high. Slice chayotes into 8 wedges each, removing core and stem. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on grill for 15-20 minutes turning occasionally. Cook until starting to soften. Remove from grill. Place in bowl and add melted butter. Serve as a side. |
