| Directions | Drain grapefruit. Combine juice with brown sugar, salt and cinnamon. Arrange sweet potatoes and grapefruit sections in 1-1/2 qt. casserole; pour on syrup mixture. Dot with butter. Bake in 350° oven 30 minutes. Serves 6. Serve on platter alongside pork chops. |
