| | Directions | | In small bowl combine potato flakes, cheese, celery salt, garlic powder and melted margarine. In another bowl, beat eggs. Dip veggies one at a time into egg and then potato mixture; coat well. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes. Serve with Ranch dip. |
