| | Directions | | Cut broccoli into 2 1/2" pieces. Break cauliflower into bite-size pieces. Alternate broccoli and cauliflower around outside edge of 12" platter. Cut squashes into thin slices. Arrange in a mound in center of platter. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on full power for 5-8 min. Arrange tomato wedges over other vegetables. Combine melted butter, garlic, salt & Italian dressing in small custard cup or glass measure cup. Drizzle over vegetables. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Microwave on full power for 1-2 min. on full power for 1-2 min., or until tomatoes are warmed and cheese begins to melt. |
