Prick each potato with a fork and place in 13x9 baking dish (microwave safe). Add water, cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 10-12 minutes or until tender. Drain water, set aside. Combine butter, 1 Tbsp parsley, and basil together in small mixing bowl; pour over potatoes, tossing lightly to coat. Sprinkle with remaining parsley and serve.
