| | Directions | | Prepare outdoor grill for covered, direct grilling on medium. Trim ends from asparagus. Place asparagus on jelly-roll pan; brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Transfer asparagus to grill topper or vegetable basket on hot grill grate. Cover grill and cook asparagus 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly charred and tender, turning occasionally. Serve warm or at room temperature. |
