Directions
Mound up flour. Make a hole in center of flour. Place egg yolks in the hole. With hands, work egg yolks into the flour. Add salt and minced onion to the mixture. When the above begins to look like cracker crumbs, sift the excess flour out of the mixture. Bring broth to a boil and add the above ingredients a little at a time stirring constantly until well mixed. Place mixture in a baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 350°. You may add butter to broth if you want a richer mixture.

-1/2 gallon chicken broth
