Make syrup of white and brown sugar, butter, and water. Boil for five minutes. Add cinnamon. Flatten biscuits and place heaping tablespoons of yams on each. Pull up sides and seal. Place in 9" x 11" pan and pour the syrup over them. Bake at 300 for 30-40 minutes.
-1 can yams, chopped or mashed (large can)
-15 canned biscuits
-1 cup water
-1 cup white sugar
-1 cup Brown Sugar
-3/4 cup Butter
-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
