Preheat oven to 350. Combine 4 tablespoons of the butter and the flour. Add seasonings, onion & sour cream. Fold in beans. Place in a greased casserole & cover with grated cheese, then cornflake crumbs. Sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon butter and bake for 30 minutes.
-5 tablespoons melted butter, divided
-2 tablespoons flour
-1/2 teaspoon Salt
- dash of pepper
-1 teaspoon grated onion
-1 cup sour cream
-2 cans cut green beans, drained
-2/3 cup grated cheddar cheese
-1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
