Cauliflower Mash Recipe
Put chopped cauliflower in a pan of water, boil for about 8-10 minutes, just until tender; drain water off.

Add sour cream, salt, pepper and butter. Mash to desired consistency.

Add cheese and stir to combine. Garnish with chives.
