| | Directions | | Brown ground beef. In bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, prepared rice, beaten eggs, milk, ketchup, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well. Cut top off pepper, 1/2 to 1". Scoop out seeds. Scoop ground beef mixture into each hollowed bell pepper. Place peppers upright in greased crock pot. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours. |
