| | Directions | | Boil potatoes, cook, peel and grate. Heat butter, add soup and sour cream and mix well. Chop onions, mix with cheese and fold into potatoes. Put in greased casserole, dot with butter and sprinkle with crushed corn flakes. Bake 45 minutes at 350. |
