Mix soup and milk until smooth. Mix with vegetables. Stir in cheese and 2/3 French fried onions. Bake in 9 x 13 pan at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with remaining onions. Bake another 10 minutes.
-1 package frozen mixed vegetables (16 oz. pkg)
-1 can cream of mushroom soup
-1/4 cup milk (approximately)
-1 package shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz pkg)
-1 container French fried onions
