| | Directions | | Drain spinach well. Melt butter over medium heat; add onion and garlic, and sauté 5 minutes until lightly browned and tender. Remove from heat, stir in spinach; cool. Whisk together eggs and next 4 ingredients. Whisk in milk and cheese; stir into spinach mixture, and pour into a lightly greased 8 inch square baking dish. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until set. |
