| | Directions | | Mix mayonnaise and cheeses. Mix sautéed onions and tomatoes. In a lightly greased (Pam) 13 x 9 dish, put enough Ritz cracker crumbs to cover the bottom of the dish. Layer as follows: cracker crumbs, tomato/onion mixture, cracker crumbs, tomato/onion mixture. Add a little of the tomato juice over the top to keep it from being too dry. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the last layer. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes. |
