Directions
Combine all ingredients, reserving 1/2 of the Swiss cheese, in an ungreased, covered 2 quart casserole.

Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 - 2 hours covered.

Sprinkle with remaining cheese and put it back into the oven until the top is nice and bubbly for 5 minutes.

-3/4 cup lentils
-3/4 cup onion, chopped
-1/2 cup brown rice, uncooked
-1/4 cup red wine
-1/2 teaspoon basil
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon oregano
-1/4 teaspoon thyme
-1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/8 teaspoon black pepper
-4 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded, divided
