Mix first 7 ingredients till fluffy. Put in a greased, 9" x 13" pan. If potatoes are hot when this is prepared, no baking is necessary at this point. If they are cold, bake for 1/2 hour at 350° to heat through. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over spuds. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour or until golden brown.
Note: Even people who claim to NOT like sweet potatoes will like these.
