POTATO SALAD WITH WHITE WINE - Recipe

Directions

Combine the potatoes with the oil, vinegar, dill, onion and garlic. Cover the bowl and let it marinade in your refrigerator for several hours or overnight.

Add all other ingredients and mix lightly but thoroughly.

Ingredients
-		4 cups cubed cooked potatoes
-		2 tablespoons salad oil
-		2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
-		1/4 cup sautérne or other white table wine
-		1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed or 2 teaspoons fresh chopped dill
-		1 tablespoon onion finely chopped
-		2 scallions finely chopped
-		2 tablespoons minced parsley
-		1 clove garlic crushed (optional) (small clove)
-		3 hard boiled eggs chopped (optional)
-		3 radishes thinly sliced (optional)
-		1/4 cup mayonaisse
-		1/8 teaspoon Paprika
-		salt to taste
