Pierce squash in several places with knife or fork. Cook whole squash for about 10 minutes in microwave, until tender. Alternatively, you can slice the squash in half, place face down in a baking pan and bake for 30- 40 minutes at 375°F.
Let squash cool for several minutes, then remove seeds and scoop out squash. Sauté bell pepper, onion and garlic for 7 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add marinara sauce and cook until heated. Pour pepper sauce over spaghetti squash.

4 red peppers, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup marinara sauce
