| | Directions | | Cook broccoli and spinach for 5 minutes in 1 1/2 C. of water. Drain. Mix with the rest of the ingredients. Put in a buttered 8 X 8 casserole dish (double the recipe for a 13 X 9). Top with crushed Ritz crackers and dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. (Can use all broccoli). |
