| | Directions | | Shred the cucumber and place on a paper towel and allow to drain until most of the liquid is gone. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream and salad dressing until smooth and spreadable. Stir in the remaining ingredients and add to the drained cucumber. May be spread on bread as a sandwich or can be used as a dip. |
