| Directions | Peel the sweet potatoes and cook them in water until soft. Preheat oven to 350°. Drain sweet potatoes, mash, then add remaining ingredients. Mix well and place in a greased 9-inch square Pyrex dish or casserole pan. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, or until slightly golden on top. Serves 8. |
