Spray deep cookie sheet with cooking spray.

Spread berries and coat with 2 cups sugar. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring and smashing every 10 minutes. Cool.

Combine Brandy with remaining sugar. Put berries in a bowl and pour over berries. Refrigerator overnight.

-4 cups fresh cranberries-rinsed and de-stemmed
-2 1/4 cups sugar, separated
-1/4 cup brandy
