| | Directions | | Heat oil in large skillet, add onions and garlic. Cook till soft. Stir in rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat, lower heat, partially cover and simmer 1 hour. For pizza sauce, put through food press. Can be canned - water bath for 20 minutes. Enough for 2 large pizzas or large pan lasagna or spaghetti. |
