| | Directions | | Combine water, oil, raisins, cinnamon and nutmeg. Boil 3 minutes. Cool. Dissolve salt and soda in liquid sweetener and water; add to beaten eggs. Stir into cooled mixture. Add four and baking powder; mix well. Add nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375°F. until lightly browned. Makes about 3 dozen |
