| | Directions | | Place a slice of apple in each of the crescent rolls and roll up. Place in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Combine 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water, and butter in sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Pour the boiled mixture over the dumplings. Next, sprinkle 1/2 cup dark brown sugar over the dumplings. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with ice cream. |
