Combine cake mix, margarine, eggs, nuts and coconut thoroughly; pat into pan.

2nd Layer:

8 oz. cream cheese

2 eggs

1 box confectioners' sugar

Blend; spread over 1st layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
