PASTA FAGIOLI SOUP 4 - Recipe

Directions
Heat a large saucepan over high heat. Add sausage and cook until browned, stir frequently. Add the broth and the pasta. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 4 minutes. Add the zucchini and tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Still in basil, oregano and beans. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes or until pasta and zucchini are tender. Serve. Sprinkle top with cheese.
 
 
Ingredients
-12 ounces Healthy Choice sausage (or any kind you like)
-3 cups fat-free chicken broth
-1/2 cup small shell pasta, uncooked (or any type pasta)
-2 cups zucchini, cut and sliced into quarters
-1 can stewed tomatoes (plain or Italian style), undrained (14.5 ounce can)
-1 teaspoon dried basil
-1 teaspoon dried oregano
-1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained (15 oz. can)
-1/3 cup shredded Asiago cheese
