| | Directions | | Fill the bottom 1/4 of a large pot with water. Add fish, onions, and celery. Boil for 5-10 minutes. Take fish out, leave the water. Add the half and half, potatoes, mushrooms, and seasonings. Bring to a boil until potatoes are done. Add butter and cooked fish. Add half and half or water until it looks like chowder. |
