| Directions | Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Grind fresh cranberries in food processor. If ground in blender, drain. Mix hot water with jello. Add pineapple juice plus cold water to equal 1 cup. Add Knox gelatin, sugar, crushed pineapple, cranberries, apples, and pecans. Mix well and pour into 9 X 12 dish and refrigerate. |
