Melt butter in large kettle. Whisk flour in slowly until both are blended well. Add chicken broth and half & half to mixture Whisk until no lumps remain. Add cheese (melts best if cut into small chunks). When cheese is melted and blended well, add beer slowly so it does not foam over. Add smoke and worcestershire sauce. Add any vegetables if desired. Then enjoy!!!
-1/2 cup butter/margarine
-1 cup flour
-3 cups chicken broth
-1 1/2 cups Half & Half
-1/4 block Velveeta cheese
-1/2 block any sharp cheddar chunk cheese
-1 can beer(depends how much u drink while cooking) must be a strong beer bud or old mill works best
-2 very small drops of liquid smoke
-1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
