| | Directions | | Spray pan with Pam. Sauté potatoes for 10 minutes, stirring gently. Add broth and bring to a boil. Prepare gravy mix according to package directions. Add to potatoes and broth. Simmer 20-30 minutes. To make the soup thicker and very spicy, eliminate 2 cups water from the gravy directions and just add the dry gravy mix to the mixture. |
