| | Directions | | Sauté onions, garlic, bell pepper and italian seasoning in oil. Add spinach beans, chicken broth, tomatoes and artichoke hearts. Heat to boiling. Then add tortellini and bring to a boil, cooking until tortellini are done. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese when served. Serves 4. |
