Tortellini, White Bean and Spinach Soup - Recipe

Sauté onions, garlic, bell pepper and italian seasoning in oil. Add spinach beans, chicken broth, tomatoes and artichoke hearts. Heat to boiling. Then add tortellini and bring to a boil, cooking until tortellini are done. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese when served. Serves 4.
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-1 Chopped Onion
-1 chopped red bell pepper
-1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
-1 can white beans
-2 cups fresh spinach
-1 can chopped tomatoes
-1 can artichoke hearts
-9 ounces uncooked Tortellini
-20 ounces Chicken Broth
-1 tablespoon cooking oil
-1 cup Parmesan cheese
