| Directions | Brown beef and onions until beef is no longer red. Mix beef and onions with all other ingredients (except beer) until blended in large pot. Bring to a boil stirring to keep from sticking. Reduce heat to Medium and cook about 1 hour. Pour in beer and bring back to a simmer and cook for an additional hour. You can turn the heat down to low and serve when ready. |
