DEWEY'S BEER CHILI - Recipe

Directions
Brown beef and onions until beef is no longer red. Mix beef and onions with all other ingredients (except beer) until blended in large pot. Bring to a boil stirring to keep from sticking. Reduce heat to Medium and cook about 1 hour. Pour in beer and bring back to a simmer and cook for an additional hour. You can turn the heat down to low and serve when ready.

-4 pounds ground beef
-8 onions chopped (medium)
-12 tablespoons vinegar
-4 tablespoons sugar
-2 tablespoons cumin
-4 teaspoons chili powder (or to taste)
-1 teaspoon ground red pepper (or flakes)
-2 teaspoons black pepper
-4 teaspoons Salt
-32 ounces diced tomatoes (or tomato juice)
-64 ounces tomato sauce
-64 ounces water (or to the consistency you like)
-2 cans Kidney Beans (15 oz. cans)
-2 cans chili beans (hot) (15 ounce cans)
-1 can beer (12 ounce can)
