Corn & Sausage Chowder - Recipe

A creamy chowder that will please every palate. The sweet corn pops in your mouth. Marjaram is the perfect seasoning to a good home cooked soup.

Corn & Sausage Chowder Recipe
Brown sausage until no longer pink; drain.

Add onion, potatoes, salt, marjoram, pepper and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover until potatoes are done, approximately 15 minutes.

Add corn and milk and heat through.

Cook Time: 20 minutes
-1 pound ground sausage
-1 cup onion, chopped
-4 cups potatoes, peeled, diced
-2 teaspoons salt
-1/2 teaspoon marjoram
-1/8 teaspoon pepper
-2 cups water
-1 can cream style corn
-1 can whole kernel corn
-1 can evaporated milk (12 ounce can)
