| | Directions | | Boil the eggs until firm. Rub the sliced bread with the minced garlic and stir fry in a pan with the butter. Cut the tomato in cubes. Add them in a salad bowl with the spinach. In a bowl mix the olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over the salad. Add the croutons, eggs and parmesan on top of the salad. |
