Directions
Brown ground beef and drain. (Or cook stew meat.) Combine all ingredients in large soup pot. Cook till vegetables are done. Serve with cornbread or crackers. Yields 2-3 gal.
 
 
Ingredients
-1 extra large can Vegal, 102 oz
-1 extra large can diced tomatoes, 102 oz
-1 package corn, sweet or shoepeg (small package)
-1 frozen bag carrots
-2 frozen packages onions, chopped
-2 frozen packages of green peppers, chopped
-4 packages dry onion soup mix
-5 pounds ground beef or chunks of stew meat, your choice
- garlic salt to taste
- Pepper to taste.
