Directions
Bring first 3 ingredient to a boil until the splenda/sugar melts. Layer vegetables in 9x13 casserole dish. Pour the boiled ingredients over vegetables. I use Italian dressing sometimes. This is very good. It is a good Weight Watchers dish if you are dieting. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours.

-1/4 cup splenda or sugar
-3/4 cup cider vinegar
-1/2 cup canola oil (or you can use Italian dressing)
-1 green bell pepper, chopped (medium)
-1 onion, chopped (or 4-6 green onions) (medium)
-3 stalks celery, sliced
-1 can sweet peas, drained (15 ounce can)
-1 can French style green beans, drained (14 1/2 ounce can)
-1 can white shoe peg corn, drained (11 ounce can)
-1 jar sliced pimentos, undrained (7 ounce jar)
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
