| | Directions | | Cook bacon until crisp in a skillet, remove bacon. Reserve 3 spoons of drippings in the skillet. Add onions and sauté on medium heat until tender. Remove onions from skillet and set aside. Add water and butter to skillet, stir until butter melts. Add stuffing crumbs, stir to moisten. Stir in half of onions and bacon. Bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and serve. |
