Directions
Put vegetables, water and bouillon in large soup kettle; simmer until potatoes are just tender. Add white sauce and simmer for 10 minutes longer. Add cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir to melt cheese and serve.

White Sauce directions: In microwave, melt butter in a large bowl. With a wire whip, stir in flour. Cook until it bubbles, about 2 minutes. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly; continue cooking, stirring every 3 minutes, until mixture thickens. Add vegetables.

-3/4 cup Butter
-3/4 cup flour
-1 quart milk
