| | Directions | | In a large pot, fill 3/4 full with water, bring to a boil. Add the steak, skim the top. Add the veggies Take the ground beef and make into small meatballs. Add to the pot. Cook 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Take out the steak, shred the meat and place back into the soup. Serve with orzo or any other small pasta and Parmesan cheese. |
