| | Directions | | Heat oil in a large pot and brown turkey. Remove turkey and set aside. Add more oil, if needed, and saut onion, garlic and peppers for 5-7 minutes. Add spices and stir. Add broth and tomatoes, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and stir in turkey and beans. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with garnishes. |
