Striped Jello Salad - Recipe

Directions

Dissolve 1 box Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Mix in 1 pint ice cream until dissolved. Pour into 9x13 glass dish. Refrigerate.

Spread 1/3 of the sour cream on top.

Repeat with each Jello flavor and ice cream, alternating with sour cream, ending with Jello on top.

Allow 35-40 minutes for each layer to set. Can do just 3 layers instead of 4.

-		4 boxes Jell-O (orange, lime, lemon,and red) (small box)
-		4 cups boiling water
-		1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
-		16 ounces sour cream
