| | Directions | | Peel potatoes and dice; peel onion and dice. Cook potatoes, onion, butter and salt, covered with water, until tender. Brown ground beef in skillet and drain. Then add 1 level tablespoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper and mix well. Put all ingredients into large pot and cook over medium heat for 45 minutes. |
