| | Directions | | In saucepan combine pineapple juice, cornstarch and sugar, cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cool slightly, then slowly add beaten egg, stirring well. Return to heat and cook two (2) minutes longer, continue to stir. Pour mixture over diced pineapple, cheese, nuts and marshmallows. |
