Directions
Brown sausage and drain. Add tomatoes, water, red beans and onion, seasoning salt, garlic salt, thyme and bay leaf. Simmer for 1 hour, covered. Then add 2 or 3 diced potatoes and 1/2 diced green pepper and cook for 15 to 20 minutes longer.
