Combine sugar, flour, 1/2 tsp salt. Stir in pineapple juice and eggs. Cool over moderate heat stirring until thickened. Add lemon Juice. Cool

Bring water, remaining salt and oil to a boil. Cook macaroni for 8 minutes wash, drain, and rinse. Cool. Combine eggs mixture to macaroni and mix lightly. Refrigerate overnight in a n air tight container. Add remaining ingredients the following day.

-1 package Acini-de-pepi (Macaroni) (16 ounce pkg)
-3 cans mandarin oranges (11 ounce cans)
-2 cartons Cool Whip (9 ounce cartons)
-2 cans Pineapple (Drained) (20 ounce cans)
-1 can crushed pineapple (drained) (20 ounce can)
-1 cup miniature marshmallows
